Need an urgent appointment?

We aim to reserve some urgent slots for every weekday. You can inquire about these, as well as any possible cancellations, by calling us. Weekday urgent appointments are always charged at the normal rate.

Cancelling an appointment

Please note that the easiest way to change or cancel your appointment is by calling our booking number 010 574 6640. NOTE! It is NOT possible to send text messages to our booking number!!

For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, or if you fail to arrive, we will charge the full appointment fee.
